Welcome to the ACBL Duplicate Bridge Clubs in the Midland/Odessa Area
It has been decided by by Board to CONTINUE games at the Allison Bridge Center. The matter came up because someone thought they just had a cold at Belle's Saturday class, but it turned out that they were positive for COVID. After much discussion and review of the facts, it was voted that people coming to play bridge will be responsible for their own health concerns. We will not be enforcing masks or vaccinations, but simply ask that if you have any symptoms of COVID or feel under the weather that you consider the people that you may be exposing.
Signs of the latest COVID strain: Aches, fever, cough, colds. The latest outbreak of the virus is very contagious but not as fatal as the first strain.
Play bridge, play for gold, play to aid disaster relief in North America.
Want to make a difference while playing the game you love? Gold for Good: A Bridge Event for Disaster Relief gives you the chance to support hurricane-affected communities in southeastern United States and have the chance to win gold masterpoints from your usual morning and afternoon session pair games, whether at a club, sectional or regional.
